many years, Mary Hayes Grieco was asked by her workshop participants
to produce an audio product that would capture the magic of her storytelling
and the deeply centering quality of her voice in guided meditations.
In 1996, that wish came true in quadruple when Mary was discovered
by Hi Bridge Audio and they teamed up to produce the four high quality
products that capture some of Mary’s best original material.
Recorded at Minnesota Public Radio’s beautiful Studio M, a
high degree of intentionality and expertise was brought to these
works by producer Debbie Dane, engineer Tom Mudge, various musicians,
and of course Mary. A combination of philosophy, storytelling, and "how-to," presented
in an intimate and artistic format, these audio products are some
